We have a Project Management Department, whose function is to oversee all contracts undertaken by us. As soon as a contract is awarded, a Project Manager is assigned to the contract and all communication with the client is directed through the assigned Project Manager. Once awarded a Contract, the assigned Project Manager, takes full financial and technical responsibility for the Contract.
The role of Project Management is to ensure customer relations, internal control of all subcontractors, with a brief to ensure that the contract is delivered within time, within specifications, and within budget.
