Installation and Commissioning Capabilities

Installation of the complete contract/Project is executed under the strict supervision of experienced work force of site-supervisors. Proper installation/commissioning is ensured by regular visits of the project manager. Regular meetings are conducted with the representatives of the clients. Skilled installation labour is hired from known labour and Commissioning undertaken in close coordination with Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and Design Engineers.

Infrastructure

TNS’s total manufacturing capacity includes 1, 00,000 square feet of factory space with state-of-the-art machineries. Our facilities are complete with machine shop, paint shop and fabrication. This is supported by the facilities of dedicated vendors for manufacturing. All our design and engineering is done in-house.

Project Management

We have a Project Management Department, whose function is to oversee all contracts undertaken by us. As soon as a contract is awarded, a Project Manager is assigned to the contract and all communication with the client is directed through the assigned Project Manager. Once awarded a Contract, the assigned Project Manager, takes full financial and technical responsibility for the Contract.
The role of Project Management is to ensure customer relations, internal control of all subcontractors, with a brief to ensure that the contract is delivered within time, within specifications, and within budget.

Design Capabilities

TNS’s in-house design capability includes full fledged mechanical, electrical and structural design team. Our workstations are equipped with AutoCAD computer graphics software. Our products, manufactured in-house or subcontracted to dedicated vendors, undergo thorough quality control measures by a dedicated team of engineers. With thoroughly professional project management and installation crew, we have successfully commissioned our equipments to many of our customers. We can design and supplied fixed conveyors with vertical and horizontal curves,shift able conveyors, elevating and declining conveyors with capacities up to
10,000 tph.
